Welcome

The International Forum for Psychoanalytic Education is an inclusive organization whose membership is open to anyone with a self-identified interest in psychoanalysis, whether clinical, academic, artistic, or philosophical. IFPE was previously called International Federation for Psychoanalytic Education.

In 2008 the Board and the Membership approved a name change, so that IFPE becomes International Forum for Psychoanalytic Education, giving a better description of our organization.

We have now completed the formal registration of the name change with the State of Incorporation (Illinois).
